A Meditation for the Night

As the day turns into night
May we release the day
And let go all it brought or didn’t bring

May laughter replace grief
And courage replace fear
May clarity replace confusion
And faith replace doubt
May trust replace walls
And forgiveness replace hurts

May we know oneness without words
And love without bounds
May we rest
And may all be well

  1. As always, Kerry, your words are gentle, tender and so lovely in so many ways. This is a beautiful meditation, so tranquil and subtle, like the softly lapping waters, and has the feeling of a traditional Celtic blessing. In all ways, the gentle flow, the natural feeling of release of all that's past and renewal of all that's good is expressed so gently, and with such kind-hearted intent: a meditation and a blessing in one. As always, Kerry, just perfect.
